National Letter Carriers Food Drive
On the second Saturday in May, letter carriers in all 50 states make a huge difference in fighting against hunger. The simplicity and efficiency of the Food Drive is what makes it work: Residents of Okaloosa are Walton Counties are asked to support this great cause by placing non-perishable food donation(s), such as quick meals like spaghetti, soups and canned meats, vegetables, baby food, and juice by your mailbox the morning of Saturday, May 8th. Local letter carriers will pick all the donations as they make their regular mail routes and will deliver it to local food banks. It is an easy and convenient way to “LIVE UNITED and GIVE UNITED” in Okaloosa and Walton Counties and help families in need.
