City of Shawano, Wisconsin has passed an ordinance that says parents can be fined if their child bullies someone. First offense is a warning. Second, you’re fined $366! Third offense goes up to $681! The Police Chief says they’re not trying to ticket their way out of the problem, but they want parents to acknowledge and take part in trying to get this to stop.

Some are split on whether or not this is a good idea.
