Ed Sheeran is being sued by songwriters who say he ripped off their song and called it “Photograph”. They say the chorus has 39 of the same notes and they hired the lawyer who won the Marvin Gaye/Blurred Lines battle – so they’ll probably get some green! They’re suing for $20 million, but, until it goes to court, we’ll let YOU be the judge.
