Being that we’re a military town, we hear the sounds of freedom on a daily basis. Test missions are always being done and sometimes it’s a little more than that. This is the case at Luke AFB (just west of Phoenix). Someone who lives close to the base wrote into a local newspaper and complained (or asked a few questions) about a tight formation of 4 F-16’s flying over a mall at 9:11am and even went as far as making a ridiculous comment asking if the “Tom Cruise wannabe’s” thought the town needed the wake-up call.
