The judge in the Taylor Swift groping trial dismissed the Denver DJ’s civil lawsuit against her, ruling that he failed to prove that Swift got him fired from his job. Her counter suit against Mueller, the DJ, – which is only for $1 – still stands. Jurors will also continue to hear his claims against Taylor Swift’s mother and Frank Bell (a member of her management team).
