A 17 year-old Chinese crested Chihuahua mix won the World’s Ugliest Dog Contest on Friday. SweePee Rambo has a blonde mohawk, bowed legs and long nails. The dog is blind in both eyes and wears doggy diapers. She won $1,500 for her owner Jason Wurtz.
